Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

Horizon Labs is building the next generation of collaborative analytics tools for mid-market operators. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will own product-facing experiences end-to-end — from design-system foundations to the surfaces customers touch every day. You will partner closely with design and product to ship polished, accessible interfaces in React and TypeScript. Expect to set frontend architecture standards, mentor mid-level engineers, and champion performance budgets as the product scales. This role sits inside a small, high-trust product trio. You will have real ownership over how the product feels, not just how tickets close. Requirements

• 5+ years building production frontend applications
• Strong TypeScript fluency and comfort with modern React patterns
• Experience owning or contributing to a design system
• A track record of shipping accessible, performant UIs
• Comfort collaborating directly with designers and product managers
• Excellent written communication across async remote teams
