NanoMe is a web-based platform that allows users to create and share recruitment content including:

• Mini CVs and candidate profiles
• Micro job advertisements
• Recruiter profile cards
• Anonymous candidate sharing

Content is compressed and encoded into shareable URLs, with no data stored on our servers.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all content you create is accurate and truthful
• Respecting the privacy and rights of others
• Not creating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Maintaining the security of any links you create
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Content

You agree not to create content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
• Contains false or misleading information
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information without consent
• Is discriminatory, harassing, or offensive
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

• You retain ownership of the content you create
• You grant us a limited license to display and process your content for service provision
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any content you include

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Preservation of content indefinitely

We may temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

Privacy and Data

• We do not store your content on our servers
• Content is only accessible through the links you share

Limitation of Liability
